In your server.ini and subbill.ini, set both billing port numbers equal. In the server.ini, also make sure that no other port numbers are equal to the billing port number. If problem still exists, copy subspace.exe version 1.34 to your server folder.

The Banners are not saved when i leave and come back to my Zone, how can i fix that?

Download Subbill 0.23 and use that one, 0.22 wont save Banners
