Making Your Very Own Sub-Arenas
If you've been seeing everyones nifty little sub-arenas and what to make your own, then read on!

| Step One: Naming Map |
Ok first you have to make a map. This map will be the map that you want your sub-arena to be. When you're done save the map. Make sure you name the map to something you want. Say you were going to ma a dueling sub=arena you would name the map duel.lvl (or whatever else you want) |
| Step Two: Creating Settings |
Ok now you've got the map. Now you need some settings. If you want your arena to use the same settings as the main arena of your zone then just skip this step. Well edit the CFG to how you want it to be. When you are done save it. Also name the CFG file you just made to the same name as the map ie: duel.lvl and duel.cfg |
| Step Three: Moving Files |
Now put both of these files into your zones directory from where you are running your zone. (Where you keep subgame2.exe and you zones map) |
| Step Four: Configure Server.ini |
Open up your Server.ini and find ArenaMode. It should be at the top. Now set ArenaMode to 4 (for what these values mean, go to the FAQ section, and read the Server.ini FAQ for subarenas). |
| Step Five: Testing |
Ok your pretty much done. Now to test to see it it works. Start running your zone. Go into Subspace and enter your zone. Once you get into your zone type ?go duel (or whatever you named you sub-arena) and press enter. This will take you to your brand-spankin' new sub-arena. |
